1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the cg44 platform and its users. By accessing the cg44 website or application, opening an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted all of these terms.

cg44 is an online gaming platform that provides slots, live casino, sports betting, and other gaming services for players in Bangladesh. The platform operates using SSL encryption and follows fair play principles.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on the cg44 platform and use any gaming service, you must be 21 years of age or older. If anyone creates an account by providing a false age, their account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual, household, or residential address is permitted to open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, this will be considered a violation of cg44's policy and all accounts will be closed.

2.3 Information Provided at Registration

At the time of registration, you are required to provide the following accurate information:

• Full legal name (as per national identity card)
• Correct date of birth
• Active mobile number
• Active email address
• Current address within Bangladesh

Providing false or incorrect information will result in account verification failure, and the withdrawal process may be suspended or rejected.

2.4 Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. cg44 will never ask for your password by phone or email. If you suspect that the security of your account has been compromised, notify our support team immediately.

3 Account Verification

To ensure the security of the cg44 platform and prevent fraudulent activity, we conduct an account verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) process.

3.1 Documents Required for Verification

• A clear photo of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used

3.2 Application of Verification

Verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal request is processed. cg44 reserves the right to request additional documents at any time. If the requested documents are not provided within the specified period, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The cg44 platform currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Transactions through any method other than these are not accepted.

Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. The account ownership for each method must be in the name of the registered user.

4.2 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount for any payment method is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Deposits below this amount will not be processed.

4.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum amount for a withdrawal is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be accepted.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. If a verification process is ongoing, this time may be longer.

4.5 Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection

A withdrawal request may be rejected for the following reasons:

• Account verification not completed
• Bonus wagering requirements not met
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts
• Withdrawal request below the minimum amount

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; or depositing ৳10,000 gives a ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not to the deposited funds.

Example: If you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you will need to wager a total of ৳40,000 (৳2,000 × 20) before withdrawing the bonus funds.

5.3 General Terms for Bonus Use

• Any promotion applies only once per account.
• If a withdrawal is requested after receiving a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• cg44 reserves the right to change the terms of bonus promotions.
• If an attempt is made to claim a bonus through fraudulent means, the account will be closed.
• If there are game restrictions on earning a bonus, these will be stated in the bonus details.

5.4 VIP Program

cg44 has five VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. By playing regularly, you can advance to higher levels and enjoy weekly cashback benefits.

VIP cashback rates vary by level: Bronze — up to 0.3%, Silver — up to 0.6%, Gold — up to 0.9%, Platinum — up to 1.2%, Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Specific details of VIP benefits may change at cg44's discretion.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cg44 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in the immediate closure of the account and the associated balance may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Operating an account under another person's identity.
• Claiming bonus benefits through fraudulent or unlawful means.
• Using software bots, automation tools, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Participating in illegal collusion with other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any financial crime.
• Attempting to intrude into cg44's systems or software.
• Harassing or misconduct toward other users.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 cg44's Rights

cg44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason, particularly if a violation of these terms is suspected, without prior notice.

7.2 Closure at User's Request

You may contact our support team at any time to request the closure of your account. Before closing, ensure that any eligible balance has been withdrawn, subject to bonus conditions being met.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions for an extended period (as per applicable regulations), cg44 may apply its inactive account management policy. The user will be given advance notice through their contact information.

8 Responsible Gaming

cg44 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe that gaming is an entertainment activity — it should not be considered a source of income.

10.2 Internet Connection Disruption

If the internet connection is lost during a gaming session, the game result will be determined according to the server records. cg44 will not be held responsible for any financial loss caused by a disconnection.

10.3 Game Results

All games on cg44 follow a fair play policy. Game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. In the event of any dispute over a game result, cg44's system records will be considered final.

11 Changes to Terms
